Hi Folks,     

 All good things must come to an end and so it is with my real estate career. I have had an incredible ride over the past 23 years selling Perdido Key Real Estate! However, the time has come for me to put away my Open House sign and balloons. I will retire and close my real estate business as of 30 April 2024 and move on to the next phase of my life. I want to thank all those people who put their trust in me along the way. I could never have enjoyed the success I have had without your trust and support! I also want to acknowledge my wife, Sandy. Without her consistent encouragement and backing I would never have made it out of the starting blocks. A few highlights of my real estate career are:

•  I started my career with Abbott Realty (Later Resort Quest Realty) on January 1, 2001.
•  In 2004 I was the number one realtor in Escambia County in the sale of condominiums with sales of more than $40,000,000.00.
•  In 2006 I obtained my Broker Real Estate License.
•  In 2007 I started my own company, Mike Ricketts Realty Inc.
•  In 2016 I was the number one realtor in Escambia County in the sale of condominiums with sales of more than $16,000,000.00.
•  I have been ranked in the top 2% of realtors who have sold condominiums in Escambia County for the past 11 years.
